Joe joined Highmark in 2008 and is responsible for the delivery of all IT products and services, consultant and client management, new business development, and the formation of business relationships within the commercial healthcare business group.

Joe has a successful 30-year track record in application development, systems programming, operations management, and local/regional management in the delivery of information technology projects to state government and commercial clients. Prior to Highmark, he was Director of Service Delivery for Keane’s business management and technology consulting services in a multi-state region. Joe holds a degree in Computer Science from Diman Technical Institute and is a certified Project Management Professional.
