Director, Recruiting

Susan is responsible for the company’s human capital investment – specifically, for identifying, recruiting, selecting, placing, and retaining the necessary resources required for success in a fast-changing technology and professional services marketplace.  She joined Highmark Companies in 2002, and works closely with the management team to properly align Highmark’s human resource strategies with company and client needs.

Susan has over twelve years of human resource and recruiting experience. Her expertise covers the full spectrum of human capital management. Beyond recruiting, Susan has maintained employee relations and performed HR administrative activities to preserve the critical assets of the organization. She was previously employed at CIBER, where she advanced from Technical Recruiter to Recruiting Manager. Susan holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology from the University of Florida.
