For all of these options, you do not need to select a primary care doctor nor will you need a referral to visit a specialist. As long as you remain in-network, your benefits will be covered at the higher en-network benefit amount.

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)
The Flexible Spending Account Plan through ProBenefits allows employee contributions up to $5,000 to an employee's dependent care account and $1,500 to an employee's medical spending account fo each plan year, August through July.
